Surviving the first year as an Innovative tech start! Here is how to crack it.
Lessons Learned: My First Year at Facia
The tech world is constantly changing, and steering Facia through its first year has been nothing short of a rollercoaster. I’m Mujadad Naeem, Facia’s CEO, and I’m here to share the ups and downs, the triumphs, and the challenges we faced in our initial year.
From the get-go, my vision was clear: tap into the vast possibilities of facial recognition technology to address pressing security concerns of the digital age. While the road was filled with bumps and unexpected turns, our determination never wavered.
One of the steepest hills we had to climb was building awareness. It wasn’t just about introducing a product; it was about educating our audience on the true potential and importance of face recognition systems, especially in the fight against identity theft.
But as we were developing solutions, we noticed a trend. The bad actors in the digital space were evolving, using more sophisticated tools and methods. Recent mass data breaches, rising deepfakes, and the unsettling prevalence of identity theft have underscored the importance of our mission.
We’re proud of our achievements so far. We’ve not only launched one of the world’s fastest liveness detection systems but also provided businesses with top-notch face and document matching services.
I envision a future where Facia can verify faces from every corner of the globe. The past year has been a whirlwind, but the lessons learned have been invaluable. Our team is charged up, and ready to help more businesses bolster their security with our facial recognition technology. Onward and upward!
